Emergency Tooth Extraction Services

If it has to go, it has to go…

Sometimes a tooth is so badly damaged that extracting it is the only option. This treatment is most commonly done under local anaesthetic and with good technique is usually a very tolerable experience.

However, If you are anxious we can discuss alternative options such as oral sedatives or sleep dentistry. Let our dentists know if you are anxious and they will work with you to put strategies in place.

An Emergency tooth extraction can often be paired with an immediate implant or an immediate partial denture. Ask your dentist if this is possible for you.

Reasons for tooth extraction:

  • Severe dental decay
  • Severe gum disease
  • Vertical root fractures
  • Traumatic injuries
  • Orthodontic reasons
