We appreciate the time you have taken out of your day to come to see us,

we hope you can respect our time too.

While it is understandable that certain circumstances are unavoidable, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment to allow someone else the opportunity to attend.  

An appointment that has been cancelled or rescheduled more than once with less than 24 hours notice, will require a deposit be placed in order to secure a new appointment. This deposit taken will comprise 30% of the cost of the planned treatment which will go towards your invoice. Unfortunately, should you be unable to attend on this occasion, the deposit is then considered non-reclaimable and will be charged as a cancellation fee to recompense the dentist for time lost.

Please note that in the event we have been unable to contact you to confirm your appointment via SMS, phone call or email before close of business the day before, we reserve the right to give the appointment to someone else on the day.
