Dr Casey Walsh
Dentist
BDS James Cook University, GDipDImplant James Cook University, Queensland
Registered with AHPRA, Member of the Australian Dental Association (VIC) and Australian Osseointegration Society (VIC)
Dr Casey joined the team at Dental on Flinders after making the move to Melbourne in early 2017. Prior to that, he worked in private practice and hospital settings in the Northern Territory and Queensland which afforded him a wide range of experience in general practice.
In the same year, he completed a Graduate Diploma of Dental Implants (JCU), striving to provide the highest level of dental implant treatment for the replacement of missing teeth. He has an interest in modern technologies and their integration into clinical practice to improve the outcomes for his patients.
He believes strongly in a patient-focused approach to his practice and supporting patients with dental anxiety, complex conditions and heavily restored dentition.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Casey lives in Richmond with his wife Anna, and their Cavoodle, Flynn. He especially enjoys exploring the local restaurant scene and cultural events that Melbourne has to offer, and is involved in the vibrant mountain biking and road cycling scene around Melbourne.
Outside of work I enjoy living in West Melbourne with my wife and dog. We thoroughly enjoy all that Melbourne has to offer in the local cycling, restaurants and cultural events, as well as snowboarding in the winter months.

Dental Hygienists

Elise Vo
Dental Hygienist
Hello, I’m Elise. I have a diverse role as an Oral Health Therapist and a Hygienist. I work closely with my colleagues at Dental on Flinders to provide patient focused care. I have an interest in dental hygiene and enjoy providing a fun experience at the clinic.
When I am not at work, I like to keep active whether it is going to the gym, taking my fluffy dog for a walk or getting involved in a netball or indoor futsal game. I also enjoy travelling and cannot wait to enjoy baked goods from all over the world.

Kittridge Farrell
Dental Hygienist
Hi, My name is Kitt and I'm the Hygienist here at Dental on Flinders - the first one ever! That's why you haven't seen me before! But don't worry this is good, you're gonna get such a good clean, your gums are gonna look better than ever. If gum selfies were a thing you would be posting one every day. Everyone in your feed would be like "OMG, can you stop with this? I'm jealous!"
The research tells us that home care plaque control is the most important factor in the long term health of your gums. I could talk about the microbiology of plaque and why you need to disrupt it regularly all day long! Like everyone at DoF, I'm a big believer in the power of prevention and I'm looking forward to meeting you and working together to improve your oral health.
Aside from your gum health, I also have a keen interest in psychology, philosophy, improvisational comedy and cinema.
Receptionists

Maddy Hamer
Receptionist
Hey there! My name is Madeline, everyone knows me as Maddy! I’ve worked in the dental industry for 11 years originally from Wagga NSW, I have worked as a Dental Nurse in London UK and Vancouver Canada. You’ll find me both at the front desk and also in the surgery too! When you don’t see me in the practice I’d be either dabbling with my paint brushed, spending time with family travelling, hiking or camping.
Dental Assistants

Nancy Lai
Dental Assistant
Hey there, my name is Nancy, I’ve worked as a dental assistant for 6 years now, and I am the savviest of the Dental on Flinders bunch!
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking (trying hard to avoid near-death whilst doing so), spending time with my family (external to my Dental on Flinders family, of course!) and cooking up a storm - without burning the house down. I also enjoy studying believe it or not, but you will know when I am working when you hear my signature loud laugh around the practice.

Milisa Savic
Dental Assistant
She's one fourth of the Dental on Flinders Originals and we're so happy she's back: It's Milisa!
Milisa brings with her 17 years of experience in the dental industry, and these days, she also does a side course in floral art!
She loves the countryside and the ocean, and she's looking forward to travelling more and experiencing different cultures now that her three children are all grown up!

Callum North
Dental Assistant
Hi! My name is Callum and I’m one of the dental assistants at Dental on Flinders. I am studying dentistry at Melbourne Uni so I mostly only work on weekends. Outside of work (and uni) I like to catch up with friends, play with my car and watch crime shows. I love travelling and I’m looking forward to a trip to Europe at the end of the year!

Steph Ting
Dental Assistant
Hi there, my name is Steph! I have a Cert III in Dental Assisting, but I am secretly also a qualified dental technician. You might hear me talking about my cats or whistling around the surgery sometimes.
Outside of work I love reading and spending time with my baby niece and nephew.
